She approaches each event with a balance of creativity, organization, and attention to detail, with the goal of making the planning process feel just as enjoyable as the event itself.

Her experience spans special celebrations, large-scale galas, corporate-style gatherings, community events, and everything inbetween. Through her 5+ years of work in the nonprofit sector, she has built extensive experience managing complex logistics, vendors, timelines, budgets, and guest experiences.

As the Executive Event Planner at Lockette, Izabel loves taking a client’s ideas and turning them into something that feels thoughtful, polished, and true to their vision. For her, the best events are the ones that feel effortless in the moment and stay with you long after they’re over.
